Locicero Legal PC is a boutique law firm focussed on serving entrepreneurs and small businesses with their corporate, commercial, contracts, and estate planning needs.

A bit about Vanessa

Vanessa Locicero is the founder and managing partner of Locicero Legal PC, a boutique law firm located in Collingwood, Ontario, focussed on serving entrepreneurs and small businesses with their corporate law, commercial law, contracts, and estate planning needs.

Whether you are in start-up mode, or are in the growth or scale phases of your business, Vanessa can help you navigate any legal landscape including:

Vanessa started her legal career as a commercial litigator, advocating for clients who found themselves in the trickiest of legal situations due to lack of understanding about the importance of planning ahead and securing yourself legally.

After moving into a broader civil litigation practice and suing people and businesses when things went wrong for a few years, Vanessa decided to focus her practice on making sure the work she was doing helps her clients avoid getting into lawsuits in the first place.

Her experience as a litigator has made her current practice as a solicitor more informed with the litigation risks that are out there at all times. She would say she's a better lawyer for her clients today because she brings a litigator's perspective to the table when ensuring you're legally secured.

WE BELIEVE LEGAL HELP SHOULD NOT ONLY BE AVAILABLE TO THOSE WITH DEEP POCKETS.

At Locicero Legal PC, we offer services on a "Flat Fee Plus" model where we will provide you with a fee estimate inclusive of a certain amount of work. Anything over and above the stipulated scope of work is charged at our lawyers' hourly rates.

Your invoice may also sometimes include "Disbursements" which are monies that the firm pays out on your behalf (i.e. to the government for certain registrations) which you pay us back for.

OUR GOAL IS TO MAKE LEGAL EASY, ACCESSIBLE, & AFFORDABLE.
